Name: LTRM Resource: Recharge Auto attack range: 515

Passive: Each time LTRM auto attacks, he gains Recharge. For each auto attack he gains 1 Recharge, with a maximum of 10. At 0 Recharge, LTRM gains 25% attack speed. At 10 Recharge LTRM gains 25% AD, but as he gains Recharge the attack speed buff goes down by 2.5% for each Recharge, until it is nonexistent. Likewise, at 0 Recharge LTRM has no extra AD, and as he gains Recharge he gets an extra 2.5% AD for each Recharge. Every 7 seconds LTRM loses 1 Recharge. The higher the Recharge, the longer his cooldowns get. At 0 recharge, cooldowns are normal, but at 10 they are 50% longer, and for each recharge it is 5%. Also, as he gains mire recharge he is slowed. Maximum slow of 25%, each recharge being 2.5%

LTRM also gains 15% AD, but has his attack speed reduced by 15%. This is applied before the first part of your passive.

Q: You have to get this ability at level 1. LTRM, once he gets this ability, can auto attack. He has an ammo system for his auto attacks. He has 10 shots in each magazine. Auto attacking takes away 1 shot. At 0 shots left LTRM will automatically reload, but you can reload at any time, except for when at full ammo. Reloading before completely running out will take 1.5 seconds. If you completely run out if bullets it will take 2.5 seconds to reload. Cooldown (17,17,17,17,17) You can move while reloading. Cooldown begins when you have 9 ammo left

W: LTRM dashes in a direction. After the dash is finished, LTRM's next auto attack will stun the target if at 0-3 recharge, Slow the target if at 4-6 Recharge, and Silence the target if at 7-10 Recharge. Cooldown is (17,16,15,14,13)

E: (toggle on)LTRM places a turret on the groundand gets in it, gaining 250 range, but is rooted and can only shoot in a 180 degree cone in front of him. While in this form he gains a new W. W: when activated, for (3,3,4,4,5) seconds, LTRM's autos in turret form will rend their targets, and apply grievous wounds. The rend deals the targets level in true damage x 3 over 3 seconds. (Ex. Level 18 x3 = 54 dmg over 3 seconds) THIS DAMAGE STACKS.

If you E it takes 1 second to set up, but if you w, and E while moving, it takes .5 seconds. Cooldown (5,5,4,4,4) CD starts after turret is set up. CC will put you out of turret form.

R: Can only be used while in e form. When in turret, he overcharges his turret, maxxing out his attack speed for (3,4,5) seconds. In this time, he can reactivate ult to push away any enemies. Also, his autos become aoe while in this form. While ultimate is active you do not use the ammo system.

As for base stats its standard ADC.
