Little Devil Teemo

I was thinking, We already have had a section about teemo being Satan, the devil etc.. And so I got to thinking, RIOT why have you not used this to your advantage to make a legendary teemo skin? Tons of people would want it as Teemo mains, and it could cause as much as Spirit guard Udyr because it will be completely different from any other skins. Any thoughts?
