So guys this is my champ concept, I dont have a name yet so if you like it you can suggest any name you want :D I also dont thought anything about his appearance or anything, so he is maybe a she :D

He is a hybrid melee assasin,really low HP, strong AD,** mediocore AP**. His abilities are like this:

Passiv: His autoattacks steal 5 gold from your enemy (only works whit champs, you STEAL the money, so dont just get 5 gold, but the enemy loses 5 gold) it only works once in 2 second. Q: Its a skillshot whit medium range, it deals 10/20/30/40/50+25%AD+10 percent of the enemies current HP, and it heals you for **10% of YOUR max HP (so not like the BoTRK). This costs 60/70/70/70/80 mana. The cooldown is 15/10/9/8/4 sec. Edit: the cooldown is: 15/14/13/12/10 sec. W: his next autoattack will steal the 15% of the targets speed and deal 40/40/50/50/55 bonus dmg.+50% AP if the target is a minion or normal monster (so not big :D) the dmg and the speed you gain is doubled. This costs 40/50/60/60/80 mana The cooldown is 8/8/6/6/5 sec. E: Its a really really small range (I think its the same as his attack range) which is deals no dmg, instead it put both of you in stasis (like bard ult or zhonia) for 1 second while you steal 10% of the targeted enemies max mana. If you target a minion or monster whit this ability you gain 10% of your missing mana, and put only you in stasis for 0,5 second. If you target a champ whit no mana pool, then you regain 10%of your max mana and still both of you go into stasis. This costs no mana. The cooldown is 25/24/20/19/17 sec. R: Its a skillshot whit a longer range which deals 150/200/250+55%AD+75%AP+1% of your gold collected in the whole game. If it hits, you steal 10/15/20 MR and AR **from the target for 10 seconds. This cost 120/150/160 mana. The cooldown is 110/100/90 sec.

Sir. what you have made is an unkillable tank/bruiser.

Frozen Gauntlet, Spirit Visage, Deadman's, ZZ'Rot, Warmog's/situational + 3% Max HP per auto every 4s....

40% CDR = 2.4s on a 10% max HP heal. Then you add 3% every 4 then add 28% from spirit visage + masteries.

That's nearly 6.3% max HP every 1 sec. It's on Par with a Mundo Ult.

The E also means you can keep on spamming Q like a mad man.

Not only that, according to the ult he also has infinite scaling. Permanently (?) stealing AR & MR could get bonkers.

100% broken.

Bit too high in scaling, but neat idea. I usually leave the numbers out of my posts as it makes it look less cluttered, and generally isn't needed when you make a rough-rough-draft of a concept.

I like the idea of a thieving character, but I think it would work better to play as a stealthy character who excels at harassing laners with suppressive tactics. Such as stealing stats for a short duration, or possibly amounts of gold.

Here's my version of this concept, simply for the fun of writing it:

Slink, Yordle Thief

Passive: Pickpocket If Slink has gone unnoticed by enemy champions for at least 10 seconds, he will stealth. This stealth will be broken if an enemy champion faces him within their "Vision range" (in a visible cone to Slink), if Slink is affected by hard crowd control, or initiates an attack or ability. While in stealth, all of Slink's abilities and basic attacks have bonus effects. Basic attacks will steal 2%-20% of an enemy champion's overall current bounty as gold if done from stealth; this number rises gradually from 2% to 20% if Slink stays close to his target without being seen before attacking. (If this basic kills an enemy champion, he will gain the bounty plus this bonus) Like Evelynn, Stealth will not be immediately broken if Slink is at the end of his opponent's "Vision Range".

Q: Pilfer Slink channels for up to 3 seconds after targeting a single enemy, if the channel finishes uninterrupted Slink will slow his target and lower their defenses for a few seconds. Slink will gain these stolen stats until the effect ends. Reactivating this ability finishes the channel earlier and results in reduced effects. [While in Stealth] Slink may continue to channel this ability up to 6 seconds to double this effect.

W: Slide Slink may hold up to 5 charges of Slide. Slink dashes in a target direction, if he collides with an enemy he will do damage to that target and be able to recast this ability with no cooldown if he has any more stacks. If Slink does not hit a target, this ability will go on a short cooldown. [While in Stealth] Slink will not break stealth if he hits the back of a champion. (Targets who have been hit by this ability recently will be passed through with consecutive uses)

E: Sap Slink attempts to hit his opponent over the head with his Cudgel, dealing critical damage and dazing* his opponent but has a chance to miss if Slink is not in Stealth. [While in Stealth] Slink cannot miss, and the daze* turns into a stun that lasts 50% longer. Daze* : Daze would be an effect similar to fear, having the opponent run in random directions for its duration, but they would be slowed to 250 movespeed. It would also last a very short duration, say a maximum of just under two seconds.

R: What's Yours Is Mine Slink may activate this to copy or steal any Q/W/E ability from any other champion in play. How to: First activate "What's Yours Is Mine", select an allied champion (or enemy champion if stealthed). Secondly press the corresponding button of the ability you want to copy or steal. [While in Stealth] Slink may steal enemy abilities. (Copied or Stolen abilities may be used once or until they are out of charges, and the "What's Yours Is Mine" ability will begin to cooldown as soon as an ability is chosen.)
