Senna, The Lantern's Light

Now I didn't make this champ I have no contacts with the creator of this champ I just feel as tho RIOT should pick on this concept and work with the creator (@Winnie PooH (EUNE)) to make this come to life. I was looking through old RIOT concepts and such with a buddy and he sent me this link and this is a entire champion who is already made got ability's, stats, seems pretty decent and fans have commented on this forum saying how this seems like a cool concept now granted you just came out with Rakan and Xayah a duo bot lane and making (what this looks like is a support) maybe wouldn't be smart considering back to back bot lane new champs and all that. But anyway this person seems to have put a lot of work into this champ and maybe sitting down with them and such would be cool cuz this is a pretty neat champ and I myself being a support main would love to see this persons work come to life and be able to play it.
