New perma game type based on teamfighting

I love late game, but I never get to experience a late game; either you're so fed that the enemy team surrenders early, or your team is 2-25 so you surrender. I'm so used to games that last 20-30 minutes that I never really get to experience games lasting past the 30 minute mark; I'm very good at early and mid game, but I have no idea what I'm doing in late game because I never get to experience it. I always work so hard for the gold to buy me items that make me stronger, but I never get to use them to their fullest (and my fullest) extent. I suggest a game type where you start out at level 18, you get 6 free items of your choice, ~500g for wards/pots, and all first turrets are down. This way people have a way to practice their champions at max strength, and fine tune their late game strategies without having to play 30+ minutes to get there.

This is bad because late game is about translating early leads into late game strength. If everyone starts equally late game, a huge aspect of skill relating to late game is gone anyways.

ARAM

Now ARAM isn't everything that you put on your wishlist in your original post, but a mode like that creates a significant tilt in balance for champions that scale hard and early-mid game champs would become bottom tier. So in a mode like this you've actually removed core mechanics of the game in favor of one aspect of play. This is actually why ARAM has to assign champions randomly-- because otherwise many champions would never see play. Your mode would have to use the same method only even more simplified.

Then there are additional concerns with adding another permanent queue in general.
