You have Forecast Janna, follow that up with Anchorman Naut, it'd be hilarious. Have him in a suit over his suit and make the anchor a big tripod camera or something. New quotes like "The enemy experienced a ferocious Riptide today." and "How will Naut buying Frozen Heart impact the game? Find out this and more at the next teamfight."

For his recall he could sit down at a desk and fix his suit and wig just before going live or something.

I'll be perfectly honest though, if I were to try and give you a concept sketch I'd probably just GIMP a picture of an actual suit onto Naut's art so I'm gonna spare you that for now. Maybe later.
