Riot Squad Singed

Is Riot Squad Singed ever coming back to the store? I know it is an exclusive and rare skin, but with the rework coming up and everything, is there a chance it could be in the stores again? I'm sure if the price was raised a bit and it was only available for a week or so, many people would buy it. It was being sold on Aceskins and other sites like that, so I really don't see why it hasn't been brought back. SO much money would be made if it was released after the Singed rework. Anyways, that just a thought. I think it's an amazing skin and I would even buy it at the price of an ultimate skin if it were available. :p

TL:DR Riot Singed should be brought back to the store because it would make a lot of money and please the masses.
