POSSIBLE POOL PARTY BLITZCRANK?

As a main (my most played champion with more than 580k exp) I was really excited for the possible release of Sewn Chaos Blitz skin. Riot claiming low quality standards for a skin like that (price:750 RP) cancelled the publicing of the skin. Rioter I am Carlos said "We don’t have an exact timeline for when these two will have new skins come out, but we can promise that we will not forget about them." Please notice that was about to get a Sewn Chaos skin as well. So my question is: I have noticed that Blitzcrank was in the background of the splashart of 's Pool Party skin. Are we going to get a Pool Party Blitzcrank instead of the cancelled skin?
