Vote to kick in champ select idea?

So, I just dodged a draft normal because this guy, who was last pick, was assigned support and stated "jungle or feed." and was quite serious about it. Our jungler wanted to jungle diana, and to be even more or a jerk, the support wanting to jungle banned diana just so the jungler couldn't. Then the support who wanted to jungle took ignite and said he was going to feed or steal farm and kills after the jungler locked in as jungle. So, i dodged the game because i planned on it being the last game of the night and didn't feel like dealing with someone like that who can't just play the role they got assigned, and i took a 5 minute penalty for dodging. This got me thinking, man, sucks i got penalized because i didn't feel like playing with a toxic player, so I tried to come up with a way situations like that could be avoided. Then i thought of perhaps an option in champ select to vote to kick a player out, and if 4 votes say yes, the player is kicked and the queue can insert someone else who queue'd for that role. i know it's not perfect, but it would be better than being forced to play an entire game with someone that just wants to be toxic or immature because they don't get their way with the role they are assigned. any other ideas?
