Should Custom Games Be More Customizable

So me and my friends make up a lot of our own custom game modes that we will play together and they are a lot of fun but sometimes someone will accidentally break a rule. so i was thinking what if when you make a game custom game you could make up more game modes you could play with friends or make it so random people could join and wont screw up the game. so here are a few of my ideas.

1. set it so that you level up over time without having to kill minions. this would allow you to play hide and seek on summoners rift which i think would be fun.

2. make it so minions never spawn or minions don't spawn until you kill that lanes inhib.

3. remove all towers. this would also let you play hide and seek on summers rift.

4. set a number of life's so when you run out you can't ruin the game for the rest of the people.

<=P.S. one of the game modes my friends and i made up is all jungle. so its like a 3v3 on rift and we say you cant invade until 5 min or whatever=>

5. make it so you cant cross into the other side of the river until a cretin time but the river is neutral so you could skirmish there before the invisible walls go down.

6. start at level 18 with 100k gold this would be fun on all maps i think.

<=P.S. another game mode we do is on ARAM and the rules are you can only attack towers but only minions can kill inhibs and the nexus=>

7. make it so you can only attack towers

8. you cant damage inhibs only minions can.

9. on ARAM make it so when you inhib is destroyed you can walk to your fountain and regain health. i would love if this would be added on ARAM in regular games.

10. add URF if you wanted.

11. add all for one if you wanted.

12. on summoners rift make it so you can remove all the wall on the map.

13. make hide and seek a game mode you could pick.

14. make dodge ball a game mode you could pick.

15. add more custom maps for people to play around with.

16. make it so people could make there own maps they can play on.

etc.
