Deep Sea Vel'Koz?

I've loved Vel'Koz and his Battlecast skin since he was released, but I was wondering when he (and some of the other newer champions for that matter) would see some love in the skins department?

Just came up with a cool idea what fits with other void champions: Deep Sea Vel'Koz (Basically a massive Octopus/Squid/Kraken/Monster)

Also, from a development point of view, would a skin on someone like Vel'Koz (with lots of voidy particles and whatnot) be tricky to constantly implement new themes around? I remember Riot saying that Zyra doesn't get too many skins because of all the plants and stuff so I was wondering if this was a similar case
