[Champion Concept] Venda, The One Man Battalion

Venda is a Noxian soldier who earned his fame on the warfronts for mowing down enemies with his auto-cannon, Tempo.

Preparation [Passive] - When Venda stops attacking units after 3.25 seconds, he begins to pre-load ammo into Tempo, 3-6 shots maximum (scaling with level) at a rate that scales with attack speed (Base rate at 1.4 seconds per load and max rate at .6 seconds per load). Non-preloaded shots are fired at a fix attack speed that scales with level, while pre-loaded shot fire at increased attack speed (Base 1.2 attack speed and max at 2.5 attack speed, scaling with level). Each additional pre-loaded shot on a target deal 40% reduced damage and applies on-hit effects.

Bombard [Q] - Venda fires a line skillshot from Tempo that detonates in a small area on the first target hit. Increases Range whenever Venda is "Entrenched".

Entrench [W] - Causes Venda to hold his position, making himself immobile and enhances Venda other abilities.

Speed Load [E] - After a short delay, Venda fully reload their ammo pool. While Venda is Entrenched, "Speed Load's" cast time is reduced.

Revved-Up! [R] - (Can only be activated while Venda is Entrenched). For 4 seconds, Venda gains increased range, and rapidly reload Tempo's full ammo pool after each firing on targets in a wide cone in front of him.
