Return of deathfire grasp!! (new Perfect Hex Core)

Stay with me people i know it sounds crazy but i think we can all agree that Viktor is a dead (or near dead) champion. But I think if another tier of Hex core is added, Viktor will comeback into play. The current Perfect Hex Core is turned into "The Hex Core mk-3" and the new Perfect Hex Core gets changed so that the final Hex Core has the unique active of Deathfire Grasp. The active can even be nerfed to 10% percent of the targets maximum hp. I think that this late game buff to Viktor would make him stand out among the mid-laners again.
