Vayne & Runanns Huricane
I've noticed while playing vayne lately that runanns doesn't stack her w. As a vayne main I'd like this to be added (or give me a reason why it can't be implemented). - Thank you

Its the same reason why you cant have the stack going on multiple minions or champs at a time forgot why but it has to do with some coding thing
You can not stack Silver blots on multiple targets at the same time If you attack a minion, a silver bolt stacks appears under it, right? Now if you attack another minion you see the Silver Bolts stack under that minion, but the debuff will be gone from the first minion.
Now if Runaans hurricane were to apply Silver bolts you would never be able to stack Silver bolts on a person.

Vayne already kills almost all champions in less than 10 auto attacks each, she doesnt need to kill every champion on the enemy team in 10 auto attacks total. If they added runaans to vayne, they'd have to hit her with some extremely heavy nerfs to make up for it.
