Should Riot implement other character announcer voices?

I think it would be cool to have each champion have thier own unique character announcement voice packs! And let them say things according to thier lore. What voice packs and quotes and which characters would you like implemented? Exmaples: Garen voice pack When game first starts - Always remember for Demacia! Onwards to battle! When ally gets a kill - one of our enemies have been slain! When ally gets a double kill - Your ally has got a double kill! Training is paying off! Ally Penta kill - Ally Penta Kill! That'll teach them to mess with Demacia! When an enemy kills your team - An ally has been slain! Head warning! Enemy kills gets a penta - Enemt penta kill! Dont let them BREACH demacia!

Swain Voice pack Ally gets a kill - An enemy has been Swained Enemy gets a kill- an ally has been swained

Rakan voice pack starting summoners rift - Uhhh Xayah? Xayah? You here? Oh well let's do this! When an ally gets a kill - Yes! Pow! Our team rules! Ally double kill - Now were talking! Keep it up! Ally penta kill - Whoa! Omg honor that one! When team gets Rift Herald - Map awareness check! Now uhh....where do we drop this thing?! When team gets baron - Whoa! We are SUPERCHARGED! Time to end this! When enemy kills ally - Your ally is down! Should we help them? When your kill ratio is -5 and enemy kills you - Whoa dude! Borderline feeding! Watch yourself! When all enemy turrets down - Time to finish the Job.... When your turret has been destroyed - Turret has been destroyed! This team isn't playing around!

Announcer packs is a highly requested feature. I would love a voice packs especially if you pair them with the champion you are playing. For example, If I'm playing as Syndra, then I would use the Syndra voice pack. Obvious, you could use any voice pack, but selling champions with a voice pack could be a lucrative cash shop item. Riot could even sell different types of voice pack for a given champion. For example, a normal lux voice pack and a Star Guardian Voice pack. Voice packs seems like a no brainer cash shop item. Having more items to sell is good especially for when LoL mobile comes out.

I loved the Kayn announcer voice, I would have honestly bought a custom announcer pack or two, but instead we got EAternals.

I dont think each champion could even have one Some don't talk englosh (Bard...) And there are simply told many champions to do it with (think of how many lines there actually is)

My favourite ones however would be: Xayah/Rakan duo

Ally gets a kill Xayah: "OH hey, they are doing something after all" Ally dies: Rakan: "And it's just us again" Pentakill Xayah;"Babe look at that! They killed everyone!"

Their sarcastic and bickering comments would make the match ten times funner

Project announcer (maybe project yasuo since he was the first? Or as he since she is supposedly the when of the rebellion I think?)
