New Champion - Unique Mage, the Painting Girl

Hey Amigos. Just been thinking about a possible new champion: A Mage, using hextech paints and brushes to paint things that come into living and like this casting her spells.

Unique on her ? Possibly the fact that she needs some time to paint and her spells, once painted, rise out of a painting that is visible in the air on the exact spot she drew them. Also after finishing the painting the effect comes into living and she will be able to move again. So she casts a spell, right, with drawing a painting or symbol in the air in front of her. Then, out of the symbol/painting comes the spell.

Abilities could be: Q: Drawing a tiger paiting: The tiger then jumps out of the picture, running a certain distance in a straight line forward and jumping on the first minion/monster/champion in range, dealing damage. The tiger prefers champions when having to choose. W: Dunno, maybe u can think about something ;) E: She draws a vulcano/symbol in the air, then out comes a static rumble q fire in a cone for 1-1.5 seconds, while she will be able to move again after finishing the painting. R: Takes more time to paint. Could be snakes maybe, crouching out of the painted picture and searching for enemy champions in a certain area, leveling up to 1/2/3 snakes per Ult cast. Once finding an enemy champion, the snake wraps around him and will root/stun them for a certain time maybe also dealing damage. Also u could enable the enemy team members to attack a wraped snake to free your buddy. If not freed after a certain amount of time the snake bites his victim and deals damage again.

Of course this needs to be balanced, possibly with her taking time to paint each picture and being a little bit slow and mage-like squishy in general.
