Future patches to include buffs/nerfs in Jungle along with JG CS changes

In the most recent patches with the Smite changes and Jungle item removal. I feel like some junglers have been having a very hard time using their kit as effectively as they should be able to. For instance, as most of you know, Lee sin & Jax have had a very hard time in the most recent patches, going from one of the most relevant Junglers, to not exactly the worst, but one that has a greatly reduced amount of Mobility, which, in return nerfed them as a whole and changed the direction of the following seasons and patches overall for junglers. By no means am i saying that they aren't still mobile champions, but, the previous patches have left them... Unscaled to other junglers. In addition, i feel that some modern Junglers are having problems farming as effectively as they could in previous patches, not because of the damage of the camps, but because of the extensive cool down.

Lets get to the topic of champions like Kha'zix. I myself main him, and however much i love walking up to someone invisible, or leaping from bush to tower at them, its not a balanced kit to mix in with other champions. I'd say to nerf his isolation Damage, and reduce the range that is given upon upgrading his E.

I feel like there should be some compensation for mobility for Junglers like Jax and Lee Sin. And if not, then reduce the early game cooldown time for Lee Sin's Ward Hop/Q & the cool down for Jax's Q. Also, i think there should be more compensation for Jungler farming. If you are a true Jungler in a game, i think the camps should reward more "CS" and gold to you. So instead of it being 2 CS(Creep Score)/Large Monster make it 3-4 to accommodate for the large amounts of time that it takes Junglers to travel across the map to have a stead rotation versus a laner that has a constant flow of creeps.
