Themes for champions

I feel like Noxus and Demacia haven't been visited in quite a long time. The next champ to come out should have something to do with either one of the two factions. Anyone agree? If you do, any ideas? I have an idea of themes tied with the two factions. Noxus promotes a sort of high damage assassin(kat, talon), and a snowballing adc (draven), and high damage bruiser (Darius), while Demacia sports literally all champs that scale (garen, j4, vayne, fiora, etc.)

So kat doesnt scale? And since when does garen have a lategame other than pure tank?

Wait? Fiora is Demacian? I´m like, 100% sure Fiora´s main story arc is that her dad cheated so she joined the rift to prove that she is good enough to not cheat...
