Who is everyone's favorite champion you might ask? Well the answer is none other then THE MAIN MAN HIMSELF 
and i for one think he deserves a new skin. An actual GOOD skin this time. I mean who doesn't love and his ghouls?
Can't make him bright and sparkely since yaeh....can't make him a necromancer like skin since well...Morde and Karth. Can't put armor on him or he is literally Morde. Pool party won't make sense for him. Christmas skin won't make sense nor be worth the effort. Nothing really would work with him is probably the reason why. Not to mention Riot basically hates him til they decide to rework him if they ever do, so he doesn't exist as far as they are concerned.
The only one I could see working would be like an Arcade skin since he can raise pac man like ghost, that's about it.
There is only thing to do:
Gold Digger Yorrick 
He would have an industrial cage lamp and some overalls to go with the theme
And he wouldn't have to lose the shovel!
Sprinkle some coal dust on it and he's good
He won't get a skin until he gets his visual and gameplay updates, which he is in line for.
