New Champion: Shii'Go the Spirit Wielder
Shii'Go is a elemental shaman who uses the forces of nature to destroy his foes. He is a melee cc and damage dealer made for the jungle or solo lanes. I don't really have a backstory, but i think he could be from Ionia. Anyway, on to skills.
Q: Shoots out a skinny spirit (width of Nidalee spear, length of Blitzcrank pull) that damages the first enemy hit. If the unit is an enemy champion or large monster, it is rooted for 2.5 seconds and summons an earth totem. The totem has one bar of health and ends the root upon death.
W: Summons a water totem at target location. Every 5 seconds the totem sends out a healing wave that also give a brief burst of movement speed. the totem has two bars of health and lasts until killed. Shii'Go can only have one healing totem out at a time.
E: Deals a small amount of damage to a target. If the damage kills it, it is replaced by a lightning totem with one bar of health. When an enemy champion walks near it, the totem silences all enemies in a small area for 1 second.
R: Slams a meteor totem into the ground at target location. Enemies hit by the center take a large amount of damage and are knocked back. the surrounding ground is set on fire and applies a DoT to any enemies that walk through it. The meteor totem has three bars of health and the burning field only stays as long as the meteor totem is alive.
Passive: Each time a skill hits an enemy, Shii'Go's next basic attack gains a buff. The Q makes the next attack gain 100 range and slows the target for 2 seconds. Each healing wave he is hit by, makes the next attack heal him for a small amount. The E causes bonus damage around the target. Finally, His Ult makes the next attack apply a DoT for 3 seconds and reduce healing by 25%.
Let me know what you think about the idea. This is still in theory mode so I'm open to changes you think would balance him out.
