New champ

Hello I'm your (sometimes) friendly neighborhood noob here to suggest a champion I have been thinking about I don't really know how to do this if there's a specific place I can go to maybe have riot take a looksie but here we are any tips if there's a better place to do this is appreciated.Wellp here we go.(Btw the way I wrote it was so it was like I was speaking with riot.

So the dragoness will be called Krivassa and her children were called the red one was Searen the blue one Djento and the green one Kitar [ ] is for names of the abilities

Passive : [ Love hurts ] her passive will be every 3rd attack on Krivassa one of her childrens souls attacks the enemy who caused the attack (and the attack counter to be different for each enemy to better explain it each enemy gets three hits only when that enemy completes his/her three hits only he/she gets attacked) for 20 ap and 20 ad when killing a minnion it adds 0.2 to the damage to both ap ad when killing champions and large monsters it adds 3 damage and when killing or assisting in the kill of a dragon it increases it by 7 (oh and maybe increase her dragon buff by 5 % )

Q : [ red is for passion ]The red gem shines and she launches a fireball in an oval as close or far away ( kinda like brands Q ability uuuh blue thing only hers is a little longer theres three and the ovals move along the blue indication lines indicating where the ability will land) leaving the ground scorched for 5 seconds the middle one (fire ball ) is availiable at lvl 1 the other two after lvl 3 the middle one does a base damage off LVL 1 : 40 LVL 2 : 60 LVL 3 : 80 LVL 4 : 100 LVL 5 : 120 Plus 80% of total ap and 30% percent of attack damage. And the base damage of the smaller ones half the one of the middle one and its ap ad bonus (the scorch damage does the same damage as the smaller fireballs) (Cooldown : 15/10/7 at lvl 1/3/5 respectively and mana cost of 50/55/60 over lvl 1/3/5 as well)

W : [ blue is for elegance ]The blue gem shines and she jump frontflips and slams her tail dealing damage in a circle where she aims with the visual looking like an ice slam the target is slowed for LVL 1 : 30 % LVL 2 : 35 % LVL 3 : 40 % LVL 4 : 45 % LVL 5 : 55% For 3 seconds and dealing a base damage of LVL 1 : 80 LVL 2 : 100 LVL 3 : 130 LVL 4 : 150 LVL 5 : 210 And an added damage of 70% ap and 30% ad (Cooldown 15/13/10 and mana cost 60/65/70)

E : [ green is for beauty ]The green gem shines and she fires in a triangle like fashion three golden orbs that form into a bigger one that explodes dealing a base damage of LVL 1 : 100 LVL 2 : 130 LVL 3 : 150 LVL 4 : 170 LVL 5 : 200 And a 70% ap damage bonus. Also if the large orb forms on an enemy champion a maximum of three within the orb circle she can use E again to dash to the enemy location and knock up the enemies for one second if e is not pressed again the enemies just remain stunned for 1.5 seconds (Cooldown 14 and mana cost 70)

R : [ GOLD IS FOR FURY ] Her golden chest gem shines she grows out golden wings galios into a selected position pushing the champions in the area she lands a medium distance away from her and three fireballs fall in a triangular form around her dealing damage and the effects of which differ based on which button was pressed after R if it was Q its scorch effect which is double as strong W its slow which is also double as strong and E its knock up with a base damage of LVL 6 : 350 LVL 11 : 600 LVL 16 : 850 the base damage applies to the enemies inside the landing zone the fireballs that follow do half the damage but have a bigger radius Passive : She gains health equal to 50%/100%/150% of her ap (Cooldown 120 and mana cost 100)

She has a skeletal body with spirit fire and gems on her shoulders chest and tail the blue one is on the tail and golden one on her chest also this is just a brief image of her you will model her as you wish I'm just saying how I imagined her to look like also i haven't written a story about her since i don't know much about dragon lore in lol but you guys are talented at this go at it oh and one last thing if you could have her interact with other dragonic lol champs in a mother like fashion for instance if shyvana says something she makes a comment like a mother would or if for instance she gets hurt and she says be careful my dear or something (btw I imagined her voice to be deepish but kind of young at the same time maybe something like illaois but more elegant again your choice though)
