No more banning for lower leagues

In the lower levels of play (silver and bronze) I would like to see champion bans be eliminated from the set up process. My reasoning is simple, more play time for newer players to develop their skills and understanding of the game. As a player who started from Bronze 5 and worked my way up to Gold, I feel that win rates at the lower levels are purely determined by an individuals decision on when to engage, team play decisions (grouping) and positioning, rather than the champions selected. So please, let our friends still learning this great game get as much playing time as possible and not be discouraged by lengthy game set up.
