I recently just bought taliyah and I have to say it was quite fun playing her, especially her manipulating the ground beneath her. I especially love her w ability which can make an edge part of the ground come up, pushing an enemy to the side or back or front. It was just so fun to mess around with enemies, I came across an idea. I thought to myself, "Wouldn't it be awesome if Taliyah would be able to utilize her w to?" I mean, if she was able to push herself off the ground in any direction, that would be super cool. It would ultimately be this incredible stone weaver, with strong abilities to punish enemies and also being able to affect herself in a good way. She would be able to execute damage in the back line and if enemies get too close, she pops w on them or herself and an escape is there. Just think Riot, Taliyah would actually become a bit more popular, since almost no one is playing her. Taliyah

she has a pretty decent play rate actually. unfortunately she's getting some rather severe nerfs soon though.

I thought it could be cool to have W able to throw taliyah as well, but ultimately if you're using it for peel you can always just push the enemy away.

As much as it would be cool, Taliyah is already super mobile with the movespeed boost from worked ground and the passive. With a Rylai she's extremely hard to even touch. I doubt they'd allow her to jump over walls as well when she can already ride across a good chunk of the map from her ult.
