#Velociraptor (unnamed)

(Passive) - Dauntless Predator: Can not use or purchase boots. Instead gains the benefit of the boots from the nearest ally (global), prioritizing higher tier upgrades first.

(Q) - Eviscerate: Slashes the target, aiming for major arteries. Causes the target to bleed for damage over time. The farther the target moves during that time, the more blood they lose and more damage they take (counter mobility).

(W) - Feeding Frenzy: passive - Gains a small percentage of health for killing non-champion units. Active - Makes a short lunge to bite a target for percent damage based on missing HP.

(E) - Killer Instinct: passive -The raptor's sharp senses allows it the uncanny ability to know when it is being watched and is alerted (!) by the presence of any invisible unit, though he does not gain true sight. Active - For 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds dodge melee basic attacks, and gain true damage to your basic attacks for 1 second for each ranged basic attack made against you.

(R) - Pack Alpha's Call: Call out to your pack and summon 1/2/3 velociraptors to aid you in attacking the target. Your pack deals more damage to an Eviscerated enemy. Summoned raptors have 1/3rd your health and benefit from Feeding Frenzy.

As much as I want a dinosaur champion, I believe there might be a reason they aren't making one. People have been begging for one for a very long time, yet still one has not popped up. Maybe they think it won't fit in the theme of the game or maybe something else, I don't know. Possibly the void champions are supposed to take their place. But still it would be a cool idea.
