Jungle needs change

Jungle needs to be changed. Suggestions: Make jungle champs, monsters, drakes and baron stronger so other lanes that are not junglers cant take them so easily. Introduce new jungle items that only junglers can get and these have more jungle specific effects like doing more damage against jungle monsters or giving the jungler different buffs depending on which monsters they defeat. Over all the jungle needs to be more separated from other laners and more jungler dependent.
