champion spotlight- Ralph, The Ash Reaper
It took me 1.5 years of development and thinking (mostly) and passed at least 3 reworks, but in general, I thought to share it and maybe in the future will do something similar to these or something else. I hope is will be interesting to read and if u have a questions, live a comment :D
Ralph, The Ash Reaper
Lore: Once at the height of his greatness and passion for more, and now only a shadow of himself and locked in his arrogance, Ralph was one of Piltover's promising scientists, who tried to break the laws of nature and ensure his place as one of the most important people, was called to help stop the Harrowing.
For this, he created a glove can control and destroy the spirits, took a journey to Bilgewater. after a fight with a success, which proved that he can control nature and its surroundings. He thought he could control everything, he went to shadow isles to control it too, but when he touched the ground, a fog of the black mist went out to adjust and his weakness was revealed.
Almost before the fog touched him, Ralph tripped, broke the gauntlet and released all the energy, went into a frenzy and woke up on another beach, different from what it was, and discovered that he was now ashes and thirsty for living humans, he had imprisoned the mist inside him.
Now that he is imprisoned between the physical and the spiritual world, he walks around the Noxus, and is obliged to feed from the living , or that death will feed him and all his loved ones.
In game he can take many role (tank, assassin or support), strong in late game, but weak in early game.
status: HP : 524 + 98 for level HP Regent: 6 +0.5 for level Mana: 341 + 57 for level Mana regent: 0 + 0 for level (become is P) AD: 53 + 2.8 for level Armor: 39 + 2.8 for level MR: 31 +1.25 for level AS: 0.63 + 0.02 for level MS: 335 attack range: 150
Abilities:
P - The call of the Mist
Divided into 2 parts:
P1 - Nature Of Matter: He Can't regent Mana, Instead, he have some other way to get mana:
A. of each dead unit (including allies) dead beside it, it receives a 5%(+1% for 50% Mana regent items buff) of his Max Mana ( 3 * champions or epic monsters) (radius: 600 unit)
B. for unit, he next basic attack, will deal (0.9 AD + 0.3 AP +5% Max Mana) magic damage and give 10% Max Mana (8 second for unit)
Additionally, He can cast HP for his base abilities (if his on 50% max HP or less and dont have enough Mana ,he can't cost)(2% Max Mana = 1% Currant HP)
return to base will up-charge the Mana
P2 - Living Feast If his HP or Mana bar below 25%, his will deal for 5 second (1.5% Max HP + 1.5% Max Mana for half sec') Magic Damage Around him and base on the damage, will recharge the lowest Bar and after that, it will pot on CD for 160 sec' (2 less sec for unit dead or damaging champion) (radius: 525 unit) (40% effective VS minions or non-large monster)
**Q - Whispering Wave **(30% max mana / 15% current HP)(radius: 650 unit)
He cost a skill shot then Moving in one direction, can pass through the minions and slow the first then hit.
will deal: 10/25/40/55/70 + (0.1 - 0.5 AD + 0.2 AP + 2% Max Mana) physical damage Slow first target: 20% - 50% for 1 sec speed: 475 unit for sec' can applies on-hit effects for the first target hit (1 Passive will applies to all unit in the wave) CD: 10 - 6 sec'
This the best way to gave Mana for a far.
**W - Soulless Tough ** (40% max mana / 20% current HP)(radius: 900 unit)
Passive: heal 20% - 40% of the mana cost.
Active:
Similar to
W cast
but instead of damage, he summon a giant hand than can push enemy or allies or yourself (base on the first) to a Location , if is conflicts if terrain, it will stun enemy or move through walls to other side if it thin.
stun: 1 - 1.4 sec' long travel: 350 unit speed: 500 unit after a 0.375 sec delay CD:18 - 12 sec'
u can move or block enemy movement or move allies form danger.
**E - Disassemble / Assemble ** (10% max mana / 5% current HP for sec')

P Hybrid
In Disassemble: He target a unit and start to dealing 40/70/100/130/160 + 0.4 bonus AD + 0.2 AP + 2% Max Mana magic damage for s ec' over 5 sec' in total will slow himself (Ralph) 20% - 60% for the time he in E. can cost W, cant attack or cost other spell.
after the effect end or cancel early (dead, early cast, move too far from the target) will cast the second part of the ability:
Assemble: base on the damage in the first part, will heal allies around him 30% - 50% + 20% AP of the dmg dealt, but Ralph heal only 10% of the dmg + 3% missing HP for 1 second in the first cast (total of 15% missing HP)
CD: 18 sec' after the second part
Disassemble radius cast: 475 unit Disassemble max radius: 750 unit Assemble radius heal: 475 unit
R - Last Dread (all Currant Mana)(radius: 500 / 650 / 800 unit before the cost)

W Hybrid wired balance.
he root himself in place can start to target a enemy champions , after a 1.25 sec he suppresses and knock up the target and become untargetable for 2 sec', and open a second part: he will throw the suppresses emeny to a location (radius: 650 / 1000/ 1350 from the target) and deal around the target crash location ton of damage and slow all (not include the enemy target crash) .
If before the first part is cancel or took a heavy CC, it will pot the ability on 50% CD and cost only 50% current Mana
can cast early sec part only if the first part sussed.
statistic: Damage: total: 50/125/200 + 10%/20%/30% enemy Max HP + 10% current Mana first part: 20% of the total as physical damage second part: 80% of the total as magic damage crash damage in second part: 80% of the second part damage as magic damage
Slow: 40% for 1 sec' CD: 180 - 140 sec'
Use it on tanks and throw it to the enemy back line
