It's a cold weather military theme. Like if the marines got sent on a secret mission to the Siberian tundra or something like that.
No, only Varus and Kennen have Arctic Ops. Caitlyn's is Arctic Warefare.
Nah, Quinn's snow gear is still very earthy and tribal in nature. Woad is forest-and-nature-inspired. Arctic Ops is specifically military. Ops is short for Operations.
The theme is "Texans visiting Canada in August."
