Logged in to downvote. You have no idea what you're talking about. She is A LOT stronger now than she was before and is A LOT more reliable. They smoothed out so many things in her kit it feels a lot better to play her now, even if you don't like the ult it's still a powerful tool. People who see utility as a nerf really need to learn the game.
