Looks too much like Sion. I think I would also prefer seeing his story move back in a Jekyl & Hyde direction over a Frankenstein direction.
It looks good, as a drawing and a possible skin.
The problem i have with it is that it would turn him into zaun's sion. I also don't like the chemtech as mundo should imo be more medical focused. The self experimenting n stuff. Him fighting with a crude weapon like his cleaver also adds to his serial killer side. Mundo used to have one of the messed up backstories and while i like his new one it does give him a more goofy murderer vibe tbh.

I love the Chemtech theme it has going on.
This theme has already been explored with Sion, but we now know it's not a problem for Riot (looking at you Pyke/Nautilus)
I wanna see this model in a picture where smoke is on the inside of a vault, our perspective is of the outside of the vault and all we see is his hand clutching the outside of the vault, cracking the steel. Would be a good teaser.
I like the art however I'm not sure how I feel with just copy and pasting Frankenstein's monster into his bio.
Can we stop randomly jamming hextech crap into every champion? That always bothered me about the Warwick rework. Seemed pretty dumb. The picture also is only going for half the champ. Remember it's DOCTOR Mundo.

That is legit Warwick's story. The only small difference is just Warwick was changed from man to beast via experiments by a scientist in Zaun (
). Also the whole appearance just reminds me of Sion. I do agree that Mundo needs a VGU, though.

Looks cool, I'm ok with any propositions of vgu because his current models are the same as his release in 2009, 0 serious visual update in 8 years :( , only 1 texture update in 2015.
Looking at our current 
right now is killing my eyes.
Also, his legendary skin is just not worth it (right now) but once the awesome riot teams (Ty for the awesome 
VGU) give him a full VGU (
grade) his skin will worth the price.
