Harald, Chosen of the Frozenland

Lore : In the Freljord, there is known species of natural cryomancer animals : the Penguins, living on the Frozenland, an iceberg near the coast. They have the ability to freeze objets or the air itself by breathing, building roads of ice for sliding or making weapons to counter any predators. Every year, a new Emperor is chosen from among them, and then, he has to complete four trials. By the end of these, the new Emperor is given the power to claim new territories to guarantee the preservation of its specie, which, year by year, is declining with the misuse of mana that melts the ice of their home.
Type of champion : Harald is a duelist designed for top lane dealing magic damages as its primary damage type and uses mana as his ressource. He has to complete some "quests" to unlock upgrades to its spells, those four trials previously mentionned. Once these are completed,** it unlocks Harald's true form and passive.**
Champion's kit :
Auto-Attack : Harald flaps his wings onto his opponent.
Passive : The Chosen's Trials → Conquest for Preservation Harald has to complete trials to become the new Emperor. Each trials makes him able to upgrade one of his spells. Once the four of them are completed, Harald unleashes his newly granted power.
**Conqueror's Weaponry :** Freeze Harald's beak too and makes his third auto-attack inflict blind status for a short period. Evolves his wings.
Quest : Total bonus damages done thanks to Q : X/Y Elegant Slide : The mouvement speed while W is active now scales with total Ability Power. Evolves his belly and back. Quest : Total distance traveled while W is active : X/Y Emperor's Whispers : The movement speed slow is now a decaying 25%. Decays faster if moving toward Harald. Evolves his beak and "crown". Quest : Freeze a place or someone : X/Y One's Territory : Jumping on Ice Patches do not break them anymore unless if an enemy is standing on one, imprisoning him in it, having the Frozen debuff. Evolves his talons. Quest : Break Ice Patches : X/Y Conquest for Preservation : Killing an enemy champion now grants him X Ability Power for X seconds, reducing E cooldown but makes Harald take more damages for that time limit. Killing another enemy champion resets the duration. Assists does not count.
Q : Anti-Predator Weaponry → Conqueror's Weaponry Harald blows an icy wind on his wings to make sharp blades of ice. For his next two auto-attacks, Harald will slice the enemy with his of his wings to deal bonus magic damages.
If casted while W is active, Harald will put his ice blades forward, gaining a mouvement speed boost and every units you slide accross will be damaged for a smal amount.
If the enemy is frozen, the bonus damages will ignore the shield and will deal more damages.
W : Slide → Elegant Slide If there is ice patches, Harald will jump on his belly and starts to slide on it. Hitting a wall changes your direction depending on your original one. (Once you're sliding, you can only maneuver like Sion's ultimate. Re-cast it to get back on your feet.)
E : Icy Breath → Emperor's Whispers Harald blows icy winds in front of him, forming ice patches. If an enemy is at range, he is slowed by 10%.
If W is active, the cooldown is reduced by the distance traveled.
R : Ice Breaker → One's Territory Harald jumps in the air, starting to fly but then diving in, dealing damages on every enemies there is around. If he lands on ice, it will break all the ice patches linked to it, dealing bonus damages on every enemies standing on it.
Anatomy : Harald looks like an Emperor Penguin. But at first, he looks like a child one, acting in a dumb/childish way and does not speak, only making penguin noises. Unlocking quest makes his look and animations look more like a grown up and elegant person.
While completing each of his quests, when reaching milestones (half of it), the screen will have an heartbeat animation, while Harald starts speaking and expressing his superiority as a future Emperor, finally leading to a full voice over, taunting every opponent he could have.
