Lucha Libre Champion Idea!
Hey guys so I was a big fan of the El Tigre Braum skin, and I grew up loving the WWE and the Luchador style of wrestling. I thought the concept for a Luchador type of champion would be a lot of fun, and could add some flair and make amazing dramatic plays (think Rey Mysterio).
I have an idea of him being a good jungler or even a good support based on his kit. So without further ado, here he is, Fuerza, the Luchador.
Passive: Luchador's Flair Fuerza loves nothing more than the crowd cheering for him, so he makes the largest spectacle out of his gameplay that he can. Each time Fuerza gets a kill or an assist, he gets bonuses. Also, Fuerza's energy regeneration is increased by 1% for every flair he has. (5 on kill, 3 on assist) 10 Flair-25% increased attack speed 15 Flair-10% Increased AD 20 Flair-30% Increased movement speed out of combat 25 Flair-20% Reduced cooldown on R 30 Flair-ACTIVE Reduce Damage Taken from all sources by 30% for 5 seconds
Q: Tag Team CD: 20/18/15/10/8 seconds Cost: 25/30/35 energy Fuerza jumps to an ally champion and "tags" in, tossing them back 500 units, and jumps to where they were just standing.
W: Luchador's Pride CD: 20/15/13/10/8 seconds Cost: 30/40/50 energy After a short channel (think 1 second) Fuerza begins to taunt the enemy champions within a certain range of him. Fuerza dances, points, and calls out the enemy champions, and insults them. They are so angered that they must walk to him/attack him.
E: Low Blow CD: Passive-10 seconds Active: 25/20/15/10/8 (The passive is deactivated while this ability is on CD) Cost: 10/15/20 energy Passive: Fuerza Deal 10% of his AD in true damage on his next basic attack (this can not occur more than once every 10 seconds) Active: Fuerza jumps to the back of an enemy champion, and takes a cheap shot in their back, slowing them by 50% for a short time and dealing 10/25/40/65/80+2/4/6/8/18% AP (.5 seconds and this increases with rank of the spell). If there are enemy champions in very close range of Fuerza's target, he stuns his target instead and slows the other enemy champions.
R: Muerte del Enemigo (Death of the Enemy) CD: 180/120/100 seconds No cost Fuerza charges forward in a straight line, looking to collide with an enemy. If Fuerza misses, he falls down and can not get back up for 1 second. However, if he hits his enemy, he knocks them back (dealing 50+30, 40, 50% AD), and two posts with ropes (like one side of a wrestling ring) appear. Fuerza knocks his target into the ropes and they bounce off and travel 500 units in the opposite direction. If Fuerza comes in contact with them, he clotheslines them and they fall down and are stunned for 1/1.5/2 seconds. Additionally, if Fuerza lands a killing blown on his target, the ropes remain, and Fuerza can choose to jump off of them for up to 5 seconds. (3 second cooldown to jump on the rope, 5 seconds to jump off of the rope once he his on there). Jumping off of the rope will slow surrounding enemies within a small radius by 25% for 1/2/3 seconds.
Fuerza's kit puts him at being a very good jungler, as he can jump into a fight and countergank very effectively with his Q to get an ally to safety, or landing a good E and slowing (or stunning) other champions. Fuerza can also pull of a great single target gank by using his ultimate to try and single out one player and sending them in to his team. Also, Fuerza can peel for his teammates well by using his W to try and get other people to attack him instead of his teammate. Fuerza is a high flying champion that enjoys theatrics and jumping into fights and causing choas. While Fuerza has a very high reward to him, Fuerza has high early cooldowns and somewhat heavy energy costs to gate his big time playmaking ability. Also, Fuerza is small and does not have much base hp, armor, or mr, and must decide if he wants to build tankiness or damage. Fuerza can also fill in the support role well, as he is a melee champ that has cc in his kit, and peel ability. Fuerza dominates and does well from great positioning and has the potential for big outplays. Feel free to add or comment, question or anything of that matter. Thanks for reading!
