Question about the Lunar Revel

I've noticed that in most of the holiday events this year for league, the legacy skins for that particular holiday were also put on sale. Can anybody confirm if that will be the case for the lunar revel? WIll dragonblade riven and warring kingdoms tryndamere also be put on sale?

I would like to know this too. Right now I have about 1400 IP and I want to know if Im saving it for nothing or I can buy the riven skin.

Well those 2 skins were teh first lunar revels to be made legacy so who knows. They do it for every other holiday tho so i would assume so
