Why Doesn't Pool Party Ziggs Have A Custom Recall?

Im in a pool party team, and i am our ziggs and when we all showed off our recalls (kuz they are awesome), i noticed mine was just the same as classic ziggs, why, if all the other pool parties get a custom recall, ziggs should too. Also Pool Party Ziggs is $10 of RP! Less then some other pool parties like lee sin, but lee still gets a badass recall, so why cant ziggs too. Overall i am very disappointed with this skin and adding a custom backing whould make it a lot better!

Okay, I am gonna explain this.

Pool Party Ziggs was created over a year before the other Pool Party skins, and at this time, Champions and skins didn't recieve recall animations.

wtf IS this? Ziggs doesn't recall, he just wrecks mid and laughs. Why do you think he threw a pool party in the first place?

This been asked before.

Pool Party Zigg came out before they made that list of what 975 and 1350 skins are supposed to have.

It just like how Officer Caitlyn is 975 and Firefighter Tristana is 1820 but don't fit.
