Shouldn't we be able to unlock Emotes through Hextech Crafting?

Oh yey, emotes are now added in the game. But they are only obtainable by purchasing them for RP. Shouldn't there be a free alternative to get emotes, e.x. hextech crafting or honor rewards? I would really like seeing something like that :P
