Champion Concept: Mana Siphon

I had an idea for a champion I wanted to pass forward and it's probably one you've already had in the works or brought up in the past. It would be cool to have a champion that could sap someone's mana because I know from playing that running low on mana makes you evaluate whether to "b" or get mana items or save up mana for your ult etc. You have brought in the item already "Essence Reaver" which was a great option to bring in mana, so if a champion was too tough to come up with, then maybe a counter weapon that saps mana. Keep up the great work!

Yes, and his/her passive will be that with every auto-attack he/she will steal mana. And his/her Q will be like a Mana Burn, it will be a point and click ability and it can be casted on an enemy to stole some mana like 150 or something at max level but, he/she didn't stole the mana for himself/herself, you can re-cast the ability to give the stolen mana to a team mate as health but if he is against like a Yasuo, who don't have mana, he will stole straight the enemy champions health and give the health to an allied champoin.
