In Game Stores, Layout skins within Champion Profiles

I thought it would be a really good idea to bring up store ideas for League. I had the thought, the title screen section you get for Spirit Guard Udyr etc. you get those cool layouts, i figured the layouts the public and riot themselves could make could be really cool. Say 520 rp in store for a skin like this.
