Concept DPS Mage Kit

Ok first of all let me make a brief introduction. I really love doing champion concepts but i dont have so much experience (nor time) to do them. Actually im working at the moment in another champion concept (some stuff about an ADC with a pet), so i wanted to post this one to get feedback. Also, i want to clarify that english is not my first laguage, so i tried my best to write this. This champion concept is just a champion kit and i didnt make a character or something, but i have a vague idea of the visual of the champion. He uses arcane magic for his abilities. You can imagine his VFX as Ryze and Xerath ones, but being fire instead of electricity. The kit is about a Heavy DPS fragile mage wich also has a decent mobility (just flat movement speed). The idea was to make a mage wich can go bot lane and take the place of an ADC (wich maybe im not even close to accomplish, but tried to). Well, lets start.

Passive: Every 13 - (0.5 x level) seconds his next basic attack deals 30 + (1.5 x level) + (30%)AP bonus magic damage. Killing an enemy reduces its current cooldown by half.

Q: Fires a linear skillshot, dealing (50/70/90/110/130) + (60%)AP magic damage to the first enemy hit, and links it to him (only champions). Following casts of this ability become targeted (no skillshot, no projectiles) while the cursor is on the linked champion. The link persists until the linked enemy dies or leaves the ability range. -Cooldown: (5/4.5/4/3.5/3) seconds
-Mana cost: (50/60/70/80/90)
-Range: 1000 (1100 for linked champions)

W: Gains (30/33/36/39/42)% movements speed decaying over 2.5 seconds. For 6 seconds his passive and basic abilities deal 1% bonus magic damage for each (1/1.125/1.25/1.375/1.5)% of target's maximum health over 2 seconds. -Cooldown: (20/18/16/14/12) seconds
-Mana cost: 120

E: A ground targeted area of effect wich deals (80/100/120/140/160) + (50%)AP magic damage to all units within, and slows them for (24/28/32/36/40)% over 2 seconds. -Cooldown: (10/9/8/7/6) seconds
-Mana cost: (80/85/90/95/100)
-Range: 900
-AoE: 100

R: A ground targeted area of effect wich slows (60/65/70)% the enemies within the area. After a 1.5 seconds delay it explodes dealing (240/300/360) + (60%) AP to the enemies within. Casting beyond the 2000 units increases the explosion delay by 0.1 second for each 100 units more. -Cooldown: (140/120/100)
-Mana cost: 180
-Range: (2500/3000/3500)
-AoE: 220

As you can see is a very easy to play kit, you land a Q and the next ones are targeted, and his others abilities aren't that hard to use. His difficulty is to not get bursted by the enemy assasin, even with his W and E; so he can take advantage of the CC in his team. His passive is intended to help him farming on early game (as well as poking) and pushing lines on late game (his not that great at it tho). His Q is his main source of damage , you just need to land one and then smash your Q to do damage while keeping your enemy in range, avoiding his abilities and try to have your cursor on him (kinda easy isnt it?). His W and E are meant to kite tanks (with his Q obviously), His E provides an opportune slow while his W does a Max Health based DoT. And finally his Ultimate wich is his only bursty damage to help him killing his enemies. I know this kit could feel a bit too generic, thats why i posted this first instead of the another one im working on.

New ideas, number tweaks, observations as well as english corrections are welcome. Thanks for reading.
