so for the time I have been playing, which is around the beginning of season two, I have always had a few ideas for champions. so ill rattle off one and some skills that I think would be appropriate for him and I hope someone can give me a little feedback of if you guys would play this or think its a good idea.

so the champ is sort of like a mix between yorick, kalista, twitch, and sort of like nautilus or fizz. I imagine a shark or some type of fair sized champion(bipedal) with a harpoon gun, with a sort of atlantean outfit. he would be able to fun faster (would glide across the water) in the river as a passive, also, to be unique, if he is fighting with any other aquatic players (nami, fizz, nautilus,) that when he was near them, he gets a boost of speed, which could be very handy if he was made as an ad carry.

his skills would be based off mostly ad scaling. skill one- the character is able to summon aquatic minions to fight for him (max 2 minions)(hybrid scaler) skill two- character fires a harpoon then pins target to the ground for a certain amount of time (ap scaler) skill three- character empowers harpoons to deal extra damage and marks the target as chum after three consecutive strikes (ad scaler) ultimate skill- character calls upon his Atlantean brothers and send forth a swarm of piranhas that target any champion with the chum debuff (ad scaler)
