Character Concept: Brian, Son of Demacia

Lore: As we all know Demacia is filled with Heroes and Brian lived among those heroes aspiring to be one of them. He was a lone orphan raised in Demacia, sustained himself through hard work and his slight obsession with Fiora. He developed his own fighting style watching Fiora's duels. After spending a brief time out of Demacia chasing thrills, encountering noxian slavers and having his whole world turned upside down he came back to Demacia stronger than ever.

Since then he rose through ranks significantly faster than anyone ever could. He is a exceptional commander and a Excellent duelist. One of the most strategically adept and charming of them all. He sits at lower spot in Ranks of Demacia in accord of his own will. He can chose to rise in ranks any day he wishes but he'd rather gawk at Fiora all day than spend his time listening to Jarvan's orders.

Now finally his kit.

Passive: 1-5% flat damage reduction from all sources except turrets and true damage

Q: Foward strike/Position change: in a small line ahead of him(much like Taric's stun) he would dash and hit enemy with x amount of damage but he hits a ally he would shift positions with them instantly

W: Stand Clear! AOE Riposte sheltering allies in a small circle around him from any source of damage for 1 sec. All CC is Negated during this period.

E: Raise Morale(Aura): Him and Allies around him gains attack speed(5-20%) and lifesteal(5-20%) for 1-5 secs

R: Thrill of the Fight: Gains 5-15% of AD Ratio as True Damage for 5 secs and 10-30% movespeed.

Last time I made the lore too big, most people probably gave up halfway through, this time I just Briefed his lore so people can finally take a look at his kit.

He's supposed to be a Fighter/support. one of the rare cases which can work due to his q, which can function as a dash or even better a position change with ally. His W is basically a AOE zhonya's, His E is like GP's old E except it also gives Lifesteal. His R makes him a massive threat for few seconds.

Any thoughts on his kit? what needs to be fixed? I tried my very best but there's alot of changes in numbering that has to happen here.
