[Champion] Faunte The Recoverer of Lost Souls

Keep in mind this is my first concept and I'm not great with the numbers and lore, but if you would like to give me ideas on what they should be they would be greatly appreciated :D

Lore: (From Shadow Isles) Rivalry against thresh. Fear of Mordekaiser Friend to Kalista

Abilities:

Passive: Stake Faunte gives 10% of his AD and 20% of his AP away to any ally shielded by Entrust.

Q: Entrust/Stripping Strikes (Toggle able Passive) Cost: 20/17/15/13 Mana Per Basic Attack Entrust: Faunte gains the ability to basic attack a single allied champion granting them a shield per attack (Max 75/145/225/400 health). Stripping Strikes: Faunte may auto an enemy champion dealing an extra 7/10/15/17 damage and reducing armor by 5/7/10/12% over 5/7/9/9 seconds.
You may not have Entrust/Strip on a champion if its counterpart is activated on a new champ. (Like Vayne's W)

W: Tend Cost: 90/85/80/80 Mana Cooldown: 17/15/15/13.5 sec Range: 450 When Faunte gives any shield to an allied champion, he has the ability to receive a shield with 75% health of the allied champion's shield for 5 seconds.

E: Vitiate Cost: 60/60/55/55 Mana Cooldown: 18/16/15.5/15 sec Range: 630 Faunte selects an enemy champion, draining their Magic Resistance and damaging them for 10/12/25/27 magic damage per second for 4 seconds snaring them if they are still in range by the end. (Maybe could scale in distance like Nidalee's Spear)

R: Belie/Rectify Cost: 120/100/95 Mana Cooldown: 80/60/45 Range: 520 Belie: On the first cast, Faunte steals quarter/quarter/half of a single enemy champion's attack damage (Max 300) and ability power (Max 500) for five seconds. Rectify: On the second cast, Faunte cast the ult doing AoE true damage (50/60/75% of stolen damage) to the enemy team, and an AoE heal (15% of stolen damage) to his own team.

Focus: Faunte is a support champion that needs a high damage dealing marksman in lane, and mage/assassin, capitalizing on the shield, its passive and his debuffing. The main point of this champ is to make the hard carry tanky while also weakening the other team for the carry. He would need a lot of skill to pick up and master, but He could become very strong in competitive play as he could fit in with a lot of comps and make them even stronger.

Strong with: KogMaw Kogmaw: This is very obvious as the the Juggermaw comp could become stronger or have a second support pick for it. Sejuani Sejuani: How do we make one of the strongest tank junglers in the game tankier. Give her a 600 hp shield. Katarina Katarina: One way to counter Kat is to get lots of Magic Resist and, or burst her down when ever she ults. Just lower the enemy's mr a little and give her a shield and she could ult freely, now about that cc :P.

Weak Against: Lissandra Lissandra: Practically any champ with lockdown can take the carry with the shield out of the fight, but Liss can make them untargetable by Faunte and his shields. Teemo Teemo: Teemo's blind can affect Faunte also, making him and his q passive compelety useless in teamfights. Bard Bard: This one is a bit weird but it is true. Bard's heal and stun will make Faunte weak during laning phase and his ult could lockdown Faunte rendering him useless or the shielded carry making him and them useless.

EDIT 1: Fixed e damage (no more instadeath level 1), ranges and ability ratios. Taking Name Suggestions Cause I Suck at Names

W seems redundant somehow. I am no fan of Zilean type champs where it seem like one of their abilities is broken into two buttons.

E IS BROKEN. I would take this first and max it. Do you mean to say that at level 1 this guy could potentially do 100 damage and snare you every 10 seconds? You would have to flash away from him the second time he did it. That is **one **ability at level one. Its not a skillshot? What is its range?

ULT is broken But the real question is why the need for a double cast? Why can't all these things take place instantaneously? It is CUTE that you have an Ult that turns their fed adc into a team NUKE. He walks in with 600 ad, everyone on his team takes 480 true damage, he is effectively mini-exhausted, then you heal your mates for 300 hp each. What is the aoe, 50? LOL

I do like the idea of a champ that doesn't have ratios. I am assuming you didn't just forget to write them. But you didn't write down scaling percents with each level. He just seems to start off whipping people's asses. With no ratios, you could build him CDR\tank and wreak havoc.

Verdict in current form: PERMABAN upon release. At level two you couldn't lane against him. Q E Q E Q E Ult!
