[Champion Concept] Prisoner - The Noxian Captive
This is a character created myself with good input from friends I worked hard on it over a span of 3 days and worked out I believe every detail necessary to a champion. When finished reading over the whole thing it would be appreciated if you answer the poll and tell me if there's anything I missed or could possibly fix in the comments.
Name: "Prisoner" Title: The Noxian Captive Class: Fighter / Tank General idea: A tanky brutalizer Orc, that instead of relying on magic or special abilities relies on the strength of the steel in his hands and the power of his swings, a mainly auto-attack reliant tank with little to no poke, range, and gap closers, but has a high damage output when in close range combat, has no secondary reserve leaving him with only a health bar
*Passive: *
- Heavy equipment: rather than the normal skill activation of a skill causes a change of weaponry much like changing stances as Udyr, but while changing weapons there would be a brief period of 1 second in which Prisoner cannot attack due to the time it takes to change weapons and a short cooldown of 2 seconds before being able to change weapons again.
*Abilities: * The abilities would work much like Udyr's in which his 3 basic abilities will change Prisoner's weapon thus changing what his auto-attacks will do each skill will also have a re-cast but only when using the weapon the re-cast is for, and has no secondary reserve bar, so only health bar (changing weapons would make Prisoner actually change the current weapon, basically each weapon would have a different visual)
-
Ability passive (Smithing For Strength): Throughout the game in the store there are 6 items only available for Prisoner that will give some stats and increases the power of the ability re-casts, each would cost 800 gold, all of the upgrades would take one item slot in total in the form of his weapon pack, also when buying a weapon upgrade it would affect the visual of the ability and the weapon the upgrade was specific to.
-
( Q ) "Warhammer" : Activating Warhammer will cause Prisoner to attack with weak spots in mind, auto-attacks with his Warhammer will cause slows and armor break for 5 seconds but will only activate on a target every 15 seconds. | Re-casting this ability will cause Prisoner to slam his Warhammer into the ground after a short delay Knocking up and damaging enemies within a certain radius of Prisoner. | The buyable upgrades to this skill would be called "Re-forge Warhammer", they would each provide 10% armor penetration, and for the re-cast attack it would increase the knock up by a half second each and the damage of the re-cast attack by 30 each (in total 1 second more of the knock up 60 more damage on the attack itself and an extra 20% Armor penetration)
-
( W ) "Battle Axe" : Activating Battle Axe will cause Prisoner to attack with much higher force and with a swing that hits all enemies in a cone in front of Prisoner the center of the cone would be the target selected to auto-attack, he would auto-attack a slower rate but with a high amount of extra flat AD added. | Re-casting this ability will cause Prisoner to take a much more defensive stance and to use his Battle Axe more defensively lowering the damage he takes from all sources for the next 10 seconds. | The buyable upgrades to this skill would be called "Re-forge Battle Axe", they would provide 25 AD each, and for the re-cast it would increase the damage reduction during defensive phase by 5% each (in total 10% increased damage reduction during defensive phase, as well as an extra 50 AD)
-
( E ) "Greatsword" : Activating Greatsword will cause Prisoner to gain a thirst for blood, attacking a bit faster and gaining natural lifesteal while using his Greatsword. | Re-casting this ability will cause Prisoner to take a wide swing in a target direction hitting all enemies within a cone after a short wind up, the attack would do a flat amount of damage and heal Prisoner by 4% of his missing health for each enemy champion hit. | The buyable upgrades to this skill would be called "Re-forge Greatsword", they would provide 5% lifesteal each and for the re-cast, it would make his large swing do 10% more damage each (based on the swing's damage) (in total 20% increased damage on the re-cast and 10% added lifesteal usable with all weapons)
-
( R ) "Berserker Rage" : Orcs are amongst the most feared warrior races and their Berserker Rage helps them keep that status, on activation Prisoner double's his damage and defense as well as gaining 40% lifesteal, and being able to instantly swap between weapons on top of that he cannot be stopped other than by killing him for the next 20 seconds, the true power of an Orc is to be feared greatly and Prisoner definitely shows it, but during this phase he can also be attacked by fellow teammates and will refuse to use this skill unless he is under 35% of his max health, this is mainly due to Prisoner's Orc pride that he uses this power is generally only if the enemy is obviously much greater in terms of strength, also if Prisoner is killed by a teammate his death timer is extended.

- Any bought lifesteal will not stack with the natural lifesteal of "Greatsword" and "Berserker Rage"
- The lifesteal of "Greatsword" and "Berserker Rage" do not stack, the lifesteal of "Berserker Rage" will over-ride any other lifesteal currently in use
- Upgrading his weapons through the store do take item slots limiting him to 3 extra itmes and the ability and weapon itself would gain a new visual at each upgrade
- When using "Beserker Rage" it would put a red filter on screen blur the edges and sort of dulls all incoming noises
*Lore: *
- Prisoner had appeared without explanation as far as he knows, or well has been told, see Prisoner had awoken at one point as a captive within Noxus lands with no recollection of who he was or how he'd end up in the situation, eventually getting a deal with a Noxian General he serves, fighting for Noxus at the Institute of War under the name of Prisoner, in return for fighting he was promised to be released from custody at a later date, and while enjoying the thought of becoming free, he is perfectly satisfied being able to fight rather than being locked up in his cell. Now don't be fooled by his brute like manner he is in fact a very intelligent being and master smith, crafting and improving his weapons to gain a higher edge, and while he is decent and somewhat enjoys fighting multiple enemies, he does not like fighting amongst his allies.
*Appearance: *
- Somewhat looking like Sion, big and muscular, but with a skin tone of a darkish green, wearing heavy armor but only the shoulder pads, leggings, boots, and gauntlets
