Riot Kled (Skin Idea)

Am I the only one who would LOVE to see a skin like this? Imagine Kled in Riot gear, a pair of badass sunglasses and instead of his axe, a baton. Now here's the best part: Skaarl is armored aswell with some cool gear in the colors of a police car and on the top of Skaarl's head is, you guessed it, a police siren. Skaarl could also use sunglasses, since Kled is a bit violent... and weird, he would obviously give his trusted steed a pair too.

The abilities: Mounted Q: Kled would use like a taser/stun gun, you know, one of those who shoots small arrow things and sticks to the target. Just like Beartrap on a Rope!

Unmounted Q: Here Kled could either use the same taser/stun gun and shoot 5 of those arrow things (or whatever you wanna call them) or just a regular gun.

W: I don't really have anything to say, I guess the baton could glow red and blue to indicate that the passive is up.

E: Not much to say here either, it's pretty straightforward, the icon however that shows after you hit someone with the first charge could be a cool new Riot icon.

R: When Kled ults, he yells "CHAAAAAAAARGE" and then the policesiren on Skaarl's head would begin to sound and blink, eeee-ooo eeee-ooo, under the full duration of the charge.

But the absolute best part of this skin would be the voiceover, we all know how Kled tends to be a bit insane and talk to "snakes" about pie crusts, invisble badgers and all that stuff. But picture Kled talking to his "colleagues" with policetalk, you know "I need backup at yatta, yatta, yatta..." and "Alpha, bravo, delta etc...", can you imagine how funny it would be to hear Kled, out of all people, using policetalk? I love it already...
