New Illaoi Skin Concept

I was thinking about how there was no pool party event this summer, and got to thinking about how illaoi doesn't have many skins. I was thinking there could be a pool party Illaoi skin and the idea I had would be her tentacles being pool noodles, her ult animation could be her jumping into a mini pool, and her weapon thing could be a buoy. Any thoughts?
