Hi, Next weekend its my brothers birthday and i wondered if those projects skins be availabe at that point, so i could get him a gift. any1 who knows more? thanks

Once First Strike ends (9/15 23:59 PDT), new PROJECT skins will be deactivated in the League of Legends store until 9/17 to ensure that First Strike unlocks are redeemed properly. On 9/17 00:01 PDT, PROJECT: Fiora, PROJECT: Zed, PROJECT: Lucian, and PROJECT: Leona will be available for 975 RP until 9/24 23:59 PDT (and 1350 RP again after that).

do you mean like if you buy them from the 8th to the 15th, you get a bonus? if so, yeah, you get custom Project frames for the game waiting page, or to say better, when you're waiting for the game to start, and I saw something about if your team equips project skins, the minions also become PROJECT for the reminder of the game, which is awesome, if you ask me. Apart from that, didn't see anything else.

11:59 PM on the 15th of September being the end date for the initial sale in which you get the border too. Skins should be released any time now

They don't specify an exact time on the 8th.

Which can mean two things.

They are going to activate the skins at the crack of midnight on the 7th
They will activate the skins at some random point during the day.

My pessimism tells me it's #2.

There is no reason why a huge company such as riot can't release their content earlier on the day they set to release it, they have had so much time to prep why on earth are we still waiting...
