Where oh Where in the Summoner's Rift is Star Guardian Leona?

With the recent extension of the Star Guardian Sale and various champions getting a Star Guardian skin I may be asking something that has already been asked of Riot before, and if there is already a more longer and more detailed post on this, then I apologize for beating a dead horse. As I stated in the title, where is Star Guardian Leona? When the other Star Guardians beyond Lux were first teased in that falling stars splash art I thought for certain she would be one of the first wave of Star Guardians. If Online Rumors are to be believed we are coming upon Wave 3(?) and No Star Guardian Leona? I know this is overstating the obvious but, she literally worships a Star!

I may have my Lore confused or misunderstood but wasn't Leona's entire motif based on the fact that she was a Knight of the Dawn, a protector of the those in the League of Legends Universe who worship the Sun, or some might even say, a Star Guardian!

This post may get buried under others or made fun of, I don't care. Leona is one of friend's favorite characters, and she was excited when she saw the Star Guardian Skins, because like many others she is a fan of Sailor Moon ( which is the skins are a clear homage to ). She is disappointed that Leona has not received one. She has saved my butt countless times down in Bot Lane and is one of my very best friends, Its time I showed my support, to my support.

So Riot, if its not currently in the works, please consider. Honestly, it makes the most sense thematically for Leona than for any of the female or males in League of Legends.
