URF Mode : Ultimate Random Fantasy

I had an idea for a new temporary game mode that League could offer us, instead of the Ultra Rapid Fire mode we all know and love (me too, don't worry) It's basically called URF too : Ultimate Random Fantasy, and I was thinking it could add a bit of randomness to the League other than the ARAM mode. So what's it about ? Everyone chooses a champion in Blind Pick/Draft Pick/whatevs and get a free random skin for that champion during this game only (optionnal). Then the fun begins. Each chamion once on the Rift receives a random and absurd buff (list of early ideas below) as well as a Doom Bot passive. And that's it : you play the game with that crazy buff and the Doom passive ! Here is an idea of buffs that I thought quickly about :
- A free 999 AP/AD/Armor/MR/MS
- 2 more Doom Bots passive
- 10k Extra Starting Gold
- Awesomely Awesome Buff of Awesomely Awesome Buffing (the Ultra Rapid Fire passive)
- 200% Increased Size
- +1000 Range on attacks and spells
- 99% CDR and +500% Mana and Health Regen
- Shattered skillshots (example : casting Graves' Q will make two more appear on the left and on the right of the normal one)
- Constant Baron/5 Dragons buff
- No warding cap, wards are free and stay indefinitely
- On-hit effects are applied 3 times when they would be applied (by auto-attacks and spells like GP's Q)
