To many. People botting and intentional feeding

Guys can we please add a /vote to kick option or maybe a ingame quick captcha, so sick of playing games that have bots or intent feeders and then no one wants to Surrender letting them makes builds while missing players or going to their lanes and then recalling and disconnection and reconnecting just to stay in game this is bullshift. Please add a vote to kick or a ingame captcha or even make a que with ready players who will scale within 3 levels and make then give no kill gold exp or what ever untill within. 1 level or 2. This game is starting to suck with people ruining the game and makiig it a drag to play with players who like dying or feeding. Please lets get together and also implement a time limit afk ban that will keep players from doing dumb scrap thank you.
