Hired Gun Lucian IS a Matrix skin. I really like Headhunter Nidalee, so I think one for Luc would be good. A Hextech/Steampunk Lucian maybe.
we already have a dragon slayer ADC
That skin concept looks more Ironscale than Dragonslayer IMO
