Victorious Skin Acquisition

Hey there guys;

Any chance that Victorious Skins will ever be made available for purchase? I'd totally pay the same price as I would for a legendary skin for some of my favorite champs.

If not for purchase, then what about a sort of "Select A Victorious Skin" if you happen to make it to a point where you will be rewarded with one? I know of a few people who'd much rather have instead or , and quite a few more who'd rather have or . Is there any plans for such a thing in the future?
