A new champ hidden in the captain fortune skin?

If you look closely at the splash art of the skin, you will notice other people in the back ground, pirates mostly and a human being made to walk the plank. behind that person however, is another 'figure' in line to be made to walk to plank, this 'figure' is completely out of place though. They don't seem to be human, there face is odd and it seems as though they don't have ears or at least they are strange looking. They're dressed in an odd looking cape as well.

I don't know, i know riot on occasion will show future champions in splash arts and i said, the 'figure' does stand out compared to everyone else in the image. Thoughts anyone?

I'm more concerned with the giant black guy holding him... why not make him a champion. and his ult but a huge cannon ball with the cannon beside him. Let him grab the thing up like a bazooka and blast somebody to the face. lol just saying
